Shortly members should receive a survey monkey link to our annual staff engagement survey. This important work has been running for 7 years and allows us to collect valuable data in relation to staff and how they view their employers. Our survey is very similar to those run by airlines, the only difference is, we release the full results each year.
The data is kept by us and is a valuable tool when we negotiate with airlines or need to undertake some political lobbying. It will only take about 10 minutes to complete. Here are the results from last year and a table showing trends across the 3 biggest industry employers.
