As you are likely aware, the Licensed Aircraft Engineers (Qantas Airways Limited) Enterprise Agreement 11 is due to expire on 31 December 2025. In preparation, the ALAEA has formally written to Qantas Airways Limited to initiate negotiations for a new agreement, Enterprise Agreement 12.
This marks the beginning of a crucial process where your voice, experience, and priorities will help shape the next agreement. To ensure the best possible outcomes for our members, it is essential that we gather input directly from you.
We are now calling for suggestions or claims you believe should be raised during bargaining. These could relate to wages, classifications, rostering, job security, allowances, training, safety, career progression, or any other matter that affects your working conditions.
All feedback will be carefully reviewed and considered as we develop our log of claims and negotiation strategy. We encourage all members to take this opportunity to contribute.
